Welcome to my website

Every meal we eat harbours an evolutionary tale of recipes and cooking methods passed down from generation to generation, often changing along the way.  My aim is to go back in time to test recipes of the past, and make suggestions as to how they could be improved.  I am passionate about food and cooking, but I am also passionate about archaeology, which is why I am taking this chance to merge the two.  Suggestions are welcomed, including ancient recipes for testing.
